Never previously in the dataset. COORDINATE CAVEAT: neither the US Census geocoder nor OSM Nominatim could resolve '550 Fort Summit Way' (zero matches, tried with and without zip, plus a structured query) -- the street appears to postdate both services' address indexes. This pin is the OSM 'Old City' quarter centroid (a landmark disclosed in the sources as the facility's location), not the parcel; precision is explicitly 'approximate' for that reason despite a street address being on file.
