Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Today, SueDataCenters.org does not sell intake form submissions or transmit them to any law firm. We do share limited data for advertising measurement (for example, hashed contact details sent to Meta when you submit a form, and pixels on our pages), which privacy laws such as the CCPA can treat as "sharing." If we later share submissions with a participating attorney who compensates us, that could be a "sale." This page is how you opt out of both.

How to opt out

Email hello@suedatacenters.org with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share" and include the email address and phone number you used on this site. We will stop selling or sharing your personal information, confirm when it is done, and honor the request going forward. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with proof of authorization.

If you never want your submission sent to any law firm, say so in the same email and we will delete it outright. Opting out does not affect information a firm already received before your request; contact that firm directly to exercise rights over its copy.

Automatic signals

Where required by law, we honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control for the browser you send them from.
