Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

SueDataCenters.org is a case-connection service: when you submit the case review form, we transmit your information to independent participating law firms that compensate us for marketing, which privacy laws such as the CCPA can define as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. This page is how you opt out.

How to opt out

Email hello@suedatacenters.org with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share" and include the email address and phone number you used on this site. We will stop selling or sharing your personal information, confirm when it is done, and honor the request going forward. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with proof of authorization.

If you simply do not want your submission sent to any law firm, say so in the same email and we will delete the lead outright. Opting out does not affect information a firm already received before your request; contact that firm directly to exercise rights over its copy.

Automatic signals

Where required by law, we honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control for the browser you send them from.
