Privacy policy
Last updated August 28, 2026
This policy explains how Theory Road LLC, operating SueDataCenters.org, handles personal information. The short, honest version: this is a legal advertising and case-connection service. If you submit the case review form, the purpose of the site is to share that information with participating law firms so one can contact you, and that sharing is compensated, which several privacy laws define as a "sale." You are in control: submitting is optional, consent to calls and texts is not a condition of getting help, and you can opt out at any time.
What we collect
You provide: name, email, phone number, state, the type of problem you report, distance and facility details, and anything you write in free-text fields. Do not include Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or medical record details; we do not need them and ask you not to send them. Collected automatically: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, and consent records (the consent text shown, a timestamp, your IP, and browser details), which we keep as proof of consent. We use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising pixels such as Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, which collect information about your visit.
How we use it
To route your case review request to one or more independent participating attorneys, law firms, or their agents in our network; to respond to you; to operate, measure, and improve the site; to maintain records of consent; and to comply with law.
Sharing and sale
We share case review submissions with participating law firms and legal service providers, and with vendors that operate the site on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, analytics). Because participating firms compensate us for marketing, transmitting your submission to them may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not sell information submitted by people we know to be under 16. You can opt out at any time on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
Calls and texts
If you check the consent box and provide a phone number, you agree that we, Theory Road LLC, and one or more participating firms or their agents may call and text that number about your inquiry, including with automated dialing systems or prerecorded or artificial voice, as described in the consent language at the form. Consent is not a condition of receiving a case review. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email us to revoke consent, and we will honor it promptly.
Your rights
Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To exercise any of them, email hello@suedatacenters.org with your request and the email or phone number you used, or use the opt-out page. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Retention and security
We keep submissions and consent records as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal compliance, including TCPA consent record-keeping norms, then delete or de-identify them. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards; no internet transmission is perfectly secure.
