Coordinates are an approximate parcel-area estimate for the South National Drive industrial corridor in Knox County (near APN 110-02627 per public tax-assessment/LoopNet listing) since no geocoder was available in-session to pin the exact parcel centroid, flagging for a follow-up precision pass if the site is approved.
