Heavily fortified: a river/moat around the perimeter, bomb-sniffing dogs, and an interior 'building within a building.' Inflect's listing names the facility 'EuronextNJ1.' Coordinates are a geocode of the street address embedded in Inflect's own page, not a confirmed parcel boundary, hence approximate.
