Notes on the record
The 2015 release describes a 232,000 sq ft data center plus a separate 60,000 sq ft business-continuity center on a 32-acre campus, with 24 MW of usable utility power and approvals for an additional 50 MW on-site substation. The May 2026 Rockland County Times report describes a 1547 / Harrison Street Asset Management joint venture. It says the site had about 3.7 MW of critical IT load at its 2021 acquisition, about 14 MW was added since, and it now carries about 18 MW. A 12 MW utility feed is under development. A further 230,000 sq ft building is pre-approved, to be served by a planned 60 MW on-site substation. No planned IT MW was stated, so the capacity figure.planned is omitted. The NYISO row (#1715) gives Rockland County but reads 'NJ' in its state column, which appears to be a data-entry error. PeeringDB also lists a ColoHouse presence at the same address (a tenant). This campus is distinct from databank-lga3-orangeburg-ny (2000 Corporate Dr), bloomberg-orangeburg-ny (155 Corporate Dr) and jpmorgan-chase-orangeburg-ny. Coordinates are the PeeringDB geocode.
