Notes on the record
Air permit places the project on the southeast corner of Italy Drive and SR 439, about 2.8 miles south of the I-80/439 interchange, in Section 11, T19N, R22E MDB&M (Air Quality Hydrographic Area 83, Tracy Segment). GOED approved tax abatements in August 2026 (NVBEX reports $4.08M; the GOED board packet gives a 'Total Estimated Tax Abatement over 10 yrs.' of $4,076,970, a ten-year estimate, so no subsidy amount is recorded), against a stated $30 million in capital-equipment investment and 10 jobs at an average $59/hour within five years; the $30M is an equipment figure, not total site capex, so it is not recorded as the investment figure. Colovore's September 9, 2026 announcement gives 6 MW for the first data center on the RNO01 campus, which is recorded as the operational capacity, and says a second data center on the campus is under construction with projected completion in February 2027. Other cited figures differ: Colovore's company profile in the GOED board packet gives '16MW in RNO01', and Baxtel's February 2025 groundbreaking report calls RN01 a 20MW site; neither is recorded.
