Closed-loop cooling planned. Cloverleaf recently withdrew from two Wisconsin data center projects after local opposition (context, not this project). Radio Oklahoma News, citing information provided to the city, reported that the project represents a $1 billion investment, which is the figure recorded. Job and capacity figures are not recorded because the sources give ceilings or disagree: Cloverleaf's chief development officer told the planning commission the project would create "up to 300 jobs, with potentially a thousand more during construction" (KOKH FOX 25), while Radio Oklahoma News reported "up to 500 permanent jobs" and "up to 1.4 gigawatts of electricity", and KOKH FOX 25 reported that the campus "would require 1.5 gigawatts of power".
