OKC Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend approval Jan 21 2026; the Oklahoma City Council voted 6-3 on Oct. 27, 2026 to rezone both tracts into planned unit development districts, with conditions on water, electricity and noise (OKCFOX, News9); the project then moves to plan submittal and permitting, so the record stays listed as proposed. Explicitly carved out of OKC's citywide data-center moratorium (~April 2026) as an already-pending application, confirming it remains active.
