Former Westinghouse Electric plant in Sharon, Mercer County, PA, leased from Vertua Ltd. - the SAME site Mawson Infrastructure exited in Feb 2024 (Mawson's cancelled Sharon lease is therefore NOT tracked separately; this record supersedes it under the current operator). Bitfarms assumed control June/Aug 2024, then purchased the site outright Nov 2025 ($32.3M + $128.7M committed). ~30 MW of Bitcoin mining online, being converted to HPC/AI (branded SharonAI / Keel Infrastructure Corp.) with an added 80 MW substation targeting 110 MW total by end-2026. aiClassification mixed_use reflects the mining-to-HPC transition. Operator label mirrors the tracked Bitfarms Panther Creek/Scrubgrass records.
