    Under construction
    Construction has begun. Earth-moving work (dirt movement and digging under an erosion and sedimentation control permit) started at the East Whiteland site, was halted by a township stop-work order earlier in July 2026 while officials reviewed soil and health safety plans for the former Cyprus Foote Mineral Superfund site, and resumed on Wednesday, July 30, 2026 under a permit carrying conditions on soil monitoring, dust control and protection of the Superfund remedy. Stormwater management work is also under way in adjacent West Whiteland. Further permits are still needed for concrete and foundations, and the developers' request to shrink the building program from 1.5 million to 536,000 sq ft was tabled to an August 19, 2026 meeting.
