A total facility power-capacity figure of ~4.5MW appears on third-party aggregator/broker sites (datacenterhawk, inflect) but had not been confirmed against a primary source as of September 2026, so no capacity is recorded. Coolant/water system details were not stated on the pages reviewed, so no water details are recorded. Originally built in 2000 as a Switch & Data facility, acquired by Equinix in 2010, and sold to 365 Data Centers in November 2012 (per baxtel.com).
