Capacity: T5's page lists '200 MW available' (Phase 1) while the Aug 2024 land-acquisition PR cites '300 MW' campus total - 300 MW recorded as planned. No tenant disclosed (T5 is a wholesale/build-to-suit developer targeting hyperscalers; page cites AI/liquid-cooling suitability). Phase 1 construction targeted Q2 2027; on-site substation expected 2026. No jobs figure disclosed as of July 2026. T5 has disclosed no investment figure, so none is recorded. The Newnan Times-Herald reports that Project Pegasus, a 2.95-million-square-foot, seven-building, 200-acre project proposed by T5@Atlanta IV, LP at Weldon and Palmetto-Tyrone roads in Coweta County (regional-impact review completed February 2024), is estimated to be valued at $1.5 billion at buildout; as of October 2026, no source read shows that project is the 91-acre campus described here, so the figure is not recorded.
