Global Energy Monitor's own tracker (checked 2026-09-13) still lists this as 'Proposed' with development status 'unclear as of July 2022' and no confirmed construction or operational milestone since the 2021 announcement -- flagging this as a stalled multi-year proposal, not an active build. Coordinates are the speedway venue centroid (OSM), not a confirmed parcel within the property; precision set to approximate accordingly.
