Operational with ~40,000 miners across shipping containers at ~200MW drawn from OG&E, expanding toward 400MW / 400,000-home-equivalent load. OSHA cited the facility for 6 safety violations (~$68K initial penalty, late 2024: coolant on floors, work around energized circuits without PPE, untrained staff); Oklahoma DEQ found stormwater/sediment violations affecting Sam Creek. Polaris sued the City of Muskogee in 2025 over annexation and a proposed 3% utility franchise fee. Core Scientific has a PENDING (not yet closed) agreement to acquire Polaris Technologies, expected to close Q3 2026 as part of a much larger planned 1.5GW AI campus at the same industrial park, operator of record here remains Polaris Technologies pending that close.
