Bitcoin mining data center ("Project Bifrost") on a 42-acre site at Port Muskogee's John T. Griffin Industrial Park, south of Tulsa; ~$100M initial investment (Feb 2024 announcement), since doubled. Operational with ~40,000 miners across shipping containers at ~200MW drawn from OG&E, expanding toward 400MW / 400,000-home-equivalent load. OSHA cited the facility for 6 safety violations (~$68K initial penalty, late 2024: coolant on floors, work around energized circuits without PPE, untrained staff); Oklahoma DEQ found stormwater/sediment violations affecting Sam Creek. Polaris sued the City of Muskogee in 2025 over annexation and a proposed 3% utility franchise fee. Core Scientific has a PENDING (not yet closed) agreement to acquire Polaris Technologies, expected to close Q3 2026 as part of a much larger planned 1.5GW AI campus at the same industrial park, operator of record here remains Polaris Technologies pending that close.
