Original 33-acre, 300MW site (Saxet Energy Park / 'Data Center Bldg C'), permitted address 1102 McKinzie Rd, Corpus Christi TX 78410 (Nueces County, TDLR permit TABS2023019972). Developed by Bootstrap Energy, acquired by Peak Mining (then a Northern Data Group subsidiary) Dec 2023; ramped to ~100MW mining capacity in Q1 2024 against a 300MW ERCOT Load Zone South interconnect. Confirmed still actively mining as of a June 2026 Texas Observer water-usage investigation. Northern Data AG fully divested Peak Mining LLC in Nov 2025 to Tether-linked buyers; operator recorded as 'Peak Mining' (current, standalone).
