Ricky Hill and Cabot Mayor Ken Kincade raised national-security concerns given the <5-mile proximity to Little Rock Air Force Base. By March 2025 the company reported the facility open and 'well received,' running ~60 dB (comparable to a restaurant/office) and using 'excess' contracted Entergy power.
