1011 NOW (published 2026-09-30) reports that Agate LLC's filing to the Nebraska DWEE states 52.65 megawatts of electricity 'during peak electrical demand'. This is a self-reported peak demand figure, not energy consumed (MWh) and not a contracted or planned capacity; the article gives no reporting period and no source/utility.

Google is funding a $10 million, roughly three-mile dedicated line carrying non-contact cooling water from the data center's cooling system at 56th Street and Interstate 80 to Lincoln's Northeast Water Resource Recovery Facility at North 70th and McCormick Drive. The line is sized for 2,040 gallons per minute at peak, about 2.9 million gallons per day, and the water is dechlorinated and discharged to Salt Creek, bypassing standard wastewater treatment. Construction began June 2026 with completion expected January 2027. This is the discharge line's peak design capacity, NOT measured or reported facility water use; do not publish it as consumption. No cooling type is recorded: 'non-contact cooling water' does not map cleanly onto the evaporative/closed-loop/air distinction. Google's fourth Nebraska site by official count and distinct from both Papillion (Sarpy Co.) and Omaha (Douglas Co.). It is also distinct from the separate proposed Google/Tenaska gas-plant mega-campus already tracked as Google Nebraska AI Campus (proposed). That one is a ~4-county, still-undeveloped 1,000-3,000MW proposal; this one is Google's confirmed third/fourth site in north Lincoln, operational with construction continuing on site per KLKN 2026-08-06. Google's own Nebraska locations page confirms Lincoln as a distinct site, 'development announced in 2023', part of a $1.2B investment announced that year across all three then-existing NE locations. A local TV station (KLKN) confirms the site is 'currently operational with ongoing construction phases' with roughly 200 on-site personnel, and that Google has committed to work with the city on water infrastructure; the city says it is not currently approving additional data centers beyond this one. Caveat: widely repeated secondary figures for this project (codename 'Agate', ~580 acres, ~$600M, sited northwest of N. 56th St & I-80) come from outlets that were blocked or paywalled on direct retrieval as of August 2026 (Lincoln Journal Star/tollbit, Nebraska Examiner).
