ArchGreen's representative said the nearest neighbours would be more than half a mile away and that he would accept board conditions.

Giltner Road east of Doniphan, near the Hamilton County line, with two full-time employees and a stated noise level of 30 to 40 dB. The last step documented by a source retrievable this session is the Oct. 10, 2023 commission hearing, at which the decision was deferred; later coverage indicates the commission subsequently denied the permit, but that account could not be retrieved and is therefore not recorded as a status.
