The adjacent Ashville Energy Center (PowerConneX) OPSB filing now specifies up to 800 MW of generating capacity on ~110 acres, up from the 200 MW gas-turbine figure previously noted here, this is the power plant's nameplate generation, not a confirmed data-center IT load; at least one press aggregator miscalls this "the data center's capacity," but the primary OPSB filing does not support that reading.
