The 2020 acquisition announcement described a plan to expand power to the facility from 20 MW to 50 MW using air-cooled pods, with approximately 9.6 MW then in use, but the current (FY2025) 10-K instead states the site now mines bitcoin via immersion technology and discloses no site-specific MW figure, Georgia capacity is reported only in aggregate (620 MW / 27.02 EH/s across 15 locations in 10 GA cities as of 2025-09-30). The capacity is therefore omitted rather than carrying forward the stale 2020-era planned figure. No AI/HPC evidence for this specific site, CleanSpark's 10-K frames Georgia/Mississippi/Tennessee as bitcoin-mining-only, distinct from its separate AI/HPC-pivot sites (e.g. Sandersville, GA; Austin County, TX).
