Developer's campus page states "Alabama Power will service the site using high voltage power lines they already own." No megawatt figure is given for this campus on that page.

Developer states verbatim: "The site will utilize a closed-loop water system. Evaporative cooling will not be used." That is an explicit recirculating circuit with evaporative rejection ruled out, a closed-loop cooling type, not air (a water circuit exists) and not evaporative. The developer's campus page says South Alabama Utilities has confirmed availability of 7,500 gallons of public water use and 7,500 gallons of sewer use per day, an allocation intended primarily for employee facilities, and that the project will use approximately 7,500 gallons of water and sewer per day, roughly comparable to a small office building with 250 employees. That is a stated allocation and projection for a proposed campus, not measured use, so no water-use figure is recorded.
