Uptime Institute-certified Tier III, the only Tier certification found across any of the Ark/Involta Ohio sites researched. ENERGY STAR certified 2023. Fiber-ring-connected to the company's Independence, OH facility. No AI/HPC-specific marketing found (one customer testimonial referencing AI describes a tenant's healthcare application, not the operator's own infrastructure marketing).
