Proposed land-use split reported as 50% data center, 25% energy generation, 25% manufacturing/warehousing/general industrial. Reported job ranges (3,000-6,500 peak construction; 1,350-2,800 permanent) are stated as ranges in the sources and are therefore not recorded as figures here.
