The on-site generation figure reflects the CEC SPPE-disclosed backup-generator capacity (28 generators across two yards, docket 23-SPPE-01) - this is not a disclosed IT/critical-load figure; no whole-facility IT MW is publicly disclosed anywhere. The 76.6 MW figure supersedes the original CEQA filing's 67.2 MW. Jobs figures (41 permanent, ~380 construction) are single-sourced to local press (Tri City Voice; Hayward Herald ran the same underlying story).
