Manchester City Council approved the site plan for what company owner Adam Haynes called the company's 'largest facility yet': 50 modular ~8x20-ft container units (each paired with cooling units), a new electrical substation, and a small office building, in Manchester's industrial park. Draws power from a separate electrical grid per the company; air-cooled, minimal water use. Six to eight full-time jobs. Construction was reported (as of Jan 2025) scheduled to start 'later this spring' [2025], that's the last independently-confirmed checkpoint I could source; by now (Aug 2026, ~19 months later) it has very likely advanced to under_construction or operational, but I could not independently reconfirm current status, so left it at the last-verified 'permitted' (site-plan-approved) stage. RECOMMEND A STATUS RECHECK before publishing. Exact street address (widely reported elsewhere as 1016 Grant Street) is NOT included here because I only ever saw it in WebSearch AI-summaries of manchesterpress.com/telegraphherald.com, never on a page I successfully fetched (manchesterpress.com 429'd twice), used Manchester city-seat coordinates instead per the approximate-precision fallback rule. No MW capacity figure found anywhere.
