Novva's own facility page describes a centralized 200MW on-campus substation with N+1 redundancy serving the four-phase campus, plus a planned 15MW-30MW of on-site solar. The 175MW figure is the campus's stated total data center capacity at four-phase completion; the 200MW is substation capacity, not IT load.

Novva states the campus uses waterless air-cooled chillers with no evaporative water loss, citing a 1.18 annualized PUE and roughly 394,667 gallons per month (about 4.7 million gallons annually) of total site water use, which it compares to the consumption of 26 homes. Vendor-stated figures, not independently metered.

Notes on the record

Subsidies checked at the municipal tier (2026-09-04): no site-level subsidy, for a structural reason rather than a search miss. West Jordan's Redevelopment Agency lists six active project areas, all bounded well east of this campus; under Title 17C an agency may only act within a designated project area, so no participation agreement is available at this location under the current project-area map. The city's own 2025 post on the expansion discusses tax value in generic terms and names no incentive or agreement.
