Phase 1 (32MW, four 8MW modules) is operational and being marketed for lease; two additional phases (~80MW more) are planned. Some third-party trackers report a larger total (up to 160MW) than the operator's own site; treated as unconfirmed beyond the operator's stated 112MW total. Subsidies checked at the municipal tier (2026-09-05): no site-level subsidy found. Midvale's RDA runs three project areas (Bingham Junction, Jordan Bluffs, Main Street); 983 W Center St falls outside Main Street's boundary, but which of the two overlapping former-Superfund redevelopment areas, Bingham Junction or Jordan Bluffs, actually contains the parcel was not resolved, the "View 78" campus name loosely ties to Jordan Bluffs via a nearby apartment development, but this is not confirmed. Midvale's own resolutions index lists no agreement naming Cirrus, a data center, or 983 W Center St. Utah's EDTIF programme excludes data centres and the UCA 59-12-104 exemption is self-executing.
