Nuclear PPAs with Vistra (Ohio nuclear plants) and Oklo (1.2 GW Pike County campus) reported and partially corroborated by SEC filings and news; TerraPower PPA referenced in NBC4i (which could not be accessed as of July 2026) but, as of July 2026, not found in any independently accessible source, treat as unconfirmed. On-site gas generation mentioned in state permit filings per the record notes; the 200 MW figure and 20-acre power yard were not independently confirmed from accessible public sources as of July 2026 and were removed from this record. Baxtel reports campus as partially operational in 2026 with future phases planned; overall 1 GW build-out still in progress. Site address 1500 Beech Rd NW cited in permit filings but, as of August 2026, not confirmed from independently accessible sources. Nuclear PPA claims partially corroborated (Vistra/Oklo via SEC filings and news; TerraPower unconfirmed). As of October 2026, on-site generation capacity is not recorded. County listed as Licking, consistent with the stopohiodatacenters.org Licking County report, which lists Meta as operational in Licking County; as of October 2026 no page consulted confirms where the Licking/Franklin county line falls along Beech Road, and the map pin is approximate. OPSB approved a 250 MW behind-the-meter gas plant ("Socrates the Younger," Will-Power OH, LLC) on 109 acres at Clover Valley Rd & Harrison Rd NW, New Albany, with the primary consumer named as Sidecat LLC, a Meta affiliate. This is the plant's nameplate generation, not IT load; the record's planned capacity (1,000 MW) is unchanged.
