Originally built out by Savvis as its 'NJ2' financial-trading complex, with a 22,000 sq ft 'NJ2X' expansion (about $23M invested) opened June 2010 offering sub-64-microsecond proximity hosting to exchange clients and hedge funds (per Data Center Knowledge); the site later passed through CenturyLink to Lumen. Coordinates are the Weehawken township centroid (Wikipedia), not a confirmed parcel geocode for 300 Boulevard East specifically, marked approximate. Coordinate provenance (checked 2026-09-12): unresolved between two weak candidates ~1.2 km apart, both inside Weehawken, the US Census geocoder returns no match for 300 Boulevard East, and the only OpenStreetMap feature with that address is a parking amenity in Lincoln Harbor rather than a building.
