Announced 2010-08-03 with completion expected by end of 2011; the 2026 Wyoming Business Council materials describe it in the present tense as a certified qualifying data center. Jobs are not recorded: the widely quoted 360-plus Cheyenne headcount covers the whole broadcast centre, an entity-level figure that must not be attributed to the data center.
