Site 1 (30 MW) is confirmed as Cheyenne, Laramie County via the primary SEC 8-K; site 2 (45 MW) is described only as 'Wyoming' in the 8-K, with secondary/aggregator sources placing it in the 'Cheyenne market', coordinates and city are therefore approximate for the combined record. Current operational status has not been independently reverified since the 2024 announcement. Pure bitcoin ASIC mining, no AI/HPC evidence found for this site (a later, unrelated CNBC report on CleanSpark pursuing a Wyoming AI data center was not tied to this facility and is not reflected here).
