The operator's page describes a 216,000 sq ft data center with 120,000 sq ft of raised floor and, separately, lists 420,000 sq ft of technical IT space; the two area figures are not reconciled. The operator's page lists four 500-ton chillers with CRAH units in each data hall and free cooling below 30°F, and markets the design as "Water-Free Cooling". CRAH units are chilled-water air handlers, so under the methodology's tie-breaker the cooling is recorded as closed-loop even though the chillers reject heat to air. Certified to ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA/HITECH, FISMA-High, SSAE 18 Type 2, SOC 2, HITRUST, FFIEC and CSA STAR, and designed to TIA 942 Class 4. The operator's page cites 9 MW of total IT capacity, which is the recorded capacity. A directory lists 18 MW of utility capacity with 6 MW of UPS; those are labelled as utility and UPS capacity rather than IT capacity and are not recorded as capacity.
