The OSM candidate's name 'PHX1 - Mesa' conflates the two -- the Mesa facility is officially PHX3, not PHX1. Corrected the official name accordingly. Confirmed via csquare.com directory + corroborated by datacenters.com and PeeringDB listings for Centersquare PHX3 at the same address.
