SH1 is a 56,000 sq ft LEED Gold facility; a 176,000 sq ft powered shell adjoins it. Colocation Northwest (IsoFusion) leases up to 7 MW. Owned by The Benaroya Company, which entered the data center business in 2010; the site previously housed semiconductor operations. MRSC's August 2026 summary reports 21 full-time employees plus 50-100 third-party vendor employees. Coordinates are an approximate geocode of the SH1 address.
