Operational since late March 2022 (customers hosted from January 2022) at the site of a former coal washing and processing plant near Belfry -- described at launch as 'the first of three planned Kentucky sites' for the operator, tapping into underutilized local electricity infrastructure. Initial capacity was reported as 20MW, scaled to 30MW operating per Global Energy Monitor's tracking, with design capacity up to 75MW and a 2022-08 company statement floating a further scale-up to 100MW (that 100MW figure is a stated aspiration, not recorded as a capacity field here). Blockware separately purchased 5 acres at Industrial Park West (Paducah) via an agreement with Greater Paducah Economic Development for further regional expansion -- that is a distinct, less-developed lead not independently confirmed as a built or operating site this run, so no separate record was created for it.
