Conceptual FirstEnergy load studies (250/500/750 MW scenarios, potential up to 1,363 MW) and a possible 550+ MW behind-the-meter natural-gas build plus a Tennessee Gas Pipeline connection are under evaluation for a future AI/HPC campus, but remain pre-permit/pre-site-plan; CEO Ben Gagnon puts the earliest realistic timeline around 2028 -- aiClassification is intentionally left unset pending real evidence of a committed AI/HPC buildout. A March 2025 settlement (Scrubgrass Reclamation Company) requires coal-ash pile removal by September 2026. Operator is Bitfarms Ltd.
