Net-new: this is a Hinds County site, distinct from the existing aggregate record aws-project-atlas-madison-county-ms, whose own notes name only the two Madison County complexes (Madison County Mega Site near Canton and the Costas Property in Ridgeland) and cite the Hinds County $1B figure only as part of Amazon's $25B statewide total, it has never been recorded as a facility. Site is the long-vacant former Delphi auto-parts plant in the Clinton Industrial Park, mostly empty since 2009; AWS describes it as the first time it has retrofitted an existing industrial building into a data center at this scale. Coordinates are a geocode of Clinton, MS (city centroid), no source fetched in this run gives a street address or the industrial-park parcel. Confirmed absences: no source fetched states IT capacity in MW, acreage, or building square footage; no fee-in-lieu or PILOT agreement figure was found (the City of Clinton page states only that the investment will 'generate millions of dollars in new revenue').
