Former AT&T Long Distance Building, completed in 1932 as an expansion of an earlier telephone building from 1914 (the New York County parcel record gives 1914 as the year built), converted to a carrier hotel by Rudin Management after their 1999 acquisition. Covered as one consolidated facility rather than one per tenant. Digital Realty (branded "JFK13") occupies 132,500 sq ft per Digital Realty's own facility page, no power (MW) figure is disclosed by Digital Realty itself for this site; a widely-repeated 9.0 MW figure traces only to third-party aggregator listings, not a Digital Realty or building-primary source, and is not repeated here as fact. CoreSite (branded "NY1") occupies 48,000+ sq ft per CoreSite's own facility page, also with no MW figure disclosed. No whole-building data-center square footage or power total is disclosed anywhere; no capacity is recorded rather than one synthesized by summing incomplete tenant figures. As of October 2026, the pin sits at the centroid of the building's lot outline in the New York County parcel record (Block 192, Lot 1).
