Subsidies checked at the municipal tier (2026-09-04): no site-level subsidy. The county's conditional-use findings report carries no tax-abatement, CRA/RDA or payment-in-lieu-of-taxes term, and no Duchesne County or Myton CRA project area was found to exist at all. Utah's EDTIF programme excludes data centres and the UCA 59-12-104 exemption is self-executing.
