Greenidge sold the Columbus, MS facility (per this record's own existing SEC/Business Wire sources, closed on or about 2025-09-16/17); LM Funding America, Inc. (now rebranded 'Power & Compute') announced closing its acquisition of the same 11 MW site plus ~7.5 MW / 157 PH/s of operating hashrate (~2,300 Bitmain S19-series miners) on 2025-09-18 for $4.0M total consideration, at power pricing of ~$0.036/kWh, with stated plans to fill the remaining ~3.5 MW. Status should read operational under the new operator (LM Funding America, Inc. / Power & Compute), not cancelled. Re-attempted geocoding of 249 Datco Industrial Road this run: both US Census and OSM Nominatim again failed to resolve the street (re-confirming a prior agent's result) -- no independent coordinate correction is possible, so the existing city-centroid pin is left unchanged. 12-acre parcel at 249 Datco Industrial Road, Columbus (Lowndes County), MS, bought April 2024 for $1.45M, announced Mar 11 2024 alongside the North Dakota lease. Built with Greenidge's modular 'Pod X' design; live July 1, 2024 (7 MW self-mining per SEC filings). Sold via APA (closed Sept 16, 2025) for $4.2M to US Digital Mining Mississippi LLC, a subsidiary of LM Funding America (Nasdaq: LMFA). Greenidge fully divested on 2025-09-16; the site did NOT go dark. LM Funding America, Inc. (since rebranded Power & Compute) closed its acquisition of the 11 MW site plus ~7.5 MW / 157 PH/s of operating hashrate on 2025-09-18 for $4.0M, and the facility is operational under that operator. Record renamed and operator updated 2026-09-13 to match; the id is retained for stability. (Greenidge separately still owns an UNRELATED 34-acre Columbus greenfield site for a future AI/HPC datacenter - not this record.)
