Historical irrigation groundwater rights are being converted to industrial use; the developer says this will reduce the total volume of water used. Wastewater goes to an independent treatment system, and cooling water is treated to Idaho DEQ standards. The cooling method is not specified.

No MW capacity was disclosed in either source fetched. Diode Ventures describes the project as 'early development' with up to five buildings planned. Distinct from the existing Meta Kuna Data Center (14375 S Cole Rd), tracked separately as of September 2026.
