Carrier-neutral colocation facility of about 45,600 sq ft and 2 MW (per CommercialSearch), built around 2000 by Fiberpipe. Tonaquint bought Fiberpipe in 2020 and later rebranded as ValorC3 Data Centers, which is owned by CVC DIF. PeeringDB still lists the site under the Tonaquint name. The pin is PeeringDB's coordinate for the address. This is a different site from ValorC3's greenfield Boise 2 build at 9601 W Emerald St (valorc3-boise-2-id). the AI use classification omitted: general enterprise colocation.
