Locally/originally branded 'True North' per 2018-2019 rezoning and groundbreaking coverage (Loudoun Times, Dgtl Infra). No operator named 'TIER' or 'TIER/True North' exists; that appears to be an OSM mis-tag. Up to 9 buildings planned, later reduced to ~7 (625k-750k sq ft); datacenterHawk lists status as commissioned/operational. Recommend a human geocode/parcel check before promoting, since exact building-level siting within the campus was not confirmed this session.
