Ten data center buildings up to 100 feet tall, three electrical substations and a backup power storage facility on the east side of Evergreen Mills Road south of Watson Road, in Loudoun's Transition Policy Area near Goose Creek. Rezoning sought from Transitional Residential-10 to Industrial Park. Sources give different footprints, Loudoun Now reports 325 acres and 3.25 million sq ft; Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy reports 362 acres and up to 3.5 million sq ft, so no landAcres value is recorded here rather than picking between them. The southern half comprises 13 parcels of the Spring Valley subdivision with existing single-family homes; one parcel holds an 1880s house and a family cemetery.
