Revolve Labs has operated a bitcoin-mining facility in Glencoe's industrial area since 2021. Separately, the Glencoe City Council approved a rezoning on Nov. 6, 2025 for a new first-phase 20 MW AI/HPC data center (reported $40-60M, ~6.2 acres, requiring a new substation); it is not independently confirmed whether the new build occupies the same parcel as the existing mine, so both are represented here as one site record. The 20 MW figure is the announced first phase of the new build, not current operating capacity.
