Attributed to LN Compute Inc. via a DataCenterMap listing (50 Industrial Blvd); WALB names only the on-site project manager (Hao Chen), not the operating company, so the operator is carried at 'reported' confidence and no specific LN Energy numbered-LLC entity is asserted (LN Compute's Georgia sites use several such LLCs). WALB notes the site was chosen partly for low-mineral city water, consistent with water/liquid cooling, but the cooling type is not explicitly stated, so it is omitted. Coordinates are Cuthbert city-center (approximate); the listing's 50 Industrial Blvd address was not parcel-confirmed.
