Two independent Tier III, concurrently maintainable buildings totaling 300,000 sq ft on a 12-acre campus in the Denver Tech Center; N+1 backup generators with 48-hour diesel runtime, 24/7 on-site staffing. Marketed as Denver's only wholesale colocation facility with ~15 years at 100% uptime. The operator's Denver data center page lists N+1 chillers, N+1 cooling towers and N+20% CRAHs; the cooling is classified as evaporative because the heat-rejection path includes cooling towers. As of October 2026, neither operator page gives a water figure. The operator's colocation page says Xcel Energy provides the facility with "over 17.5 MWs of reliable and affordable power"; that is a utility supply figure, not IT capacity, so no operational capacity is recorded.
