Buyer entity CSRE Properties Sandersville, LLC (this same entity later served as buyer for the unrelated Twin City, GA acquisition, entity name is not 1:1 with site name). No per-site MW disclosed in the 10-K; folded into the GA aggregate of 620 MW / 15 locations.
