City/county (Soperton, Treutlen County) is NOT stated in Cango's SEC filings (the 20-F and 2025 6-Ks say only "Georgia"); it is corroborated by LN Compute's own announcement of the sale plus a Soperton, GA property listing, hence confidence "reported" and approximate coordinates (city center). Distinct from CleanSpark's separate 2024 acquisition of five LN Energy turnkey sites (a lease assumption, not this land + equipment sale).
